I’m Priyank Mishra, a Product Designer based in Dublin. I began my career in Computer Engineering, but quickly realised that what interested me most wasn’t just building systems, it was shaping how people interact with them. That curiosity led me into product design, where technical thinking and human-centered experience come together.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve worked on web and mobile products in the HR Tech and Learning & Development space, designing B2B2C platforms for diverse users. Much of my work has focused on complex, workflow-heavy systems, redesigning platforms, bringing structure to evolving products, and creating experiences that scale with growing teams. I’ve led projects end to end, translating business and technical requirements into clear user flows, intuitive interfaces, and maintainable design systems.

I collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders, often acting as the bridge between design, technology, and business. I care deeply about usability, accessibility, and consistency, ensuring what we ship works well for users and is practical to build and maintain. I’ve also helped onboard and support other designers, contributing to stronger design practices within teams

I recently completed a Master’s in Human–Computer Interaction at University College Dublin, which strengthened my approach to research, usability, and interaction design. It reinforced my belief that good design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about clarity, evidence, and long-term impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and curious, playing football, swimming, hiking along Ireland’s coast, or experimenting in the kitchen. Stepping away from the screen helps me reset and often come back with clearer ideas.
